Terms of Service:
1. Payment of 50% upfront before the work begins via PayPal / Bank BCA (local).
2. Provide clear reference photos for a satisfactory final result.
3. Completion time is 1 – 4 weeks depending on the complexity and queue.
4. One major revision and three minor revisions are free, any additional revisions will incur an extra fee.
5. Complete the payment before the illustration is sent via email.
6. Illustration files include JPG/PNG/PDF formats.
7. Refunds cannot be made once the artwork creation process has started.
8.Refunds can be issued if the artist is unable to complete the requested artwork.
9. Illustrations are for personal use. For commercial use, the fee is double the price for personal use.
10. The artist reserves the right to upload the illustration to social media.
